SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS, from our Rhode Island warehouse. We currently ship to anywhere in the US and Canada. Standard rates and shipping times apply.

SHIPPING FIREARMS

Federal firearm laws prevent the sale of a weapon from any licensed dealer directly to an individual in another state (we are located in Rhode Island). We must ship your firearm directly to an FFL dealer near you. The steps to follow are: 

  1. Order your firearm online using our secure site. If you know the dealer you are going to use at time of order placement (which is not necessary), enter their name into the “Ship To” field.
  2. Find a dealer near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. Most sporting goods stores and pawn shops will provide this service for a small fee. Gun clubs, shooting ranges, etc. may also provide this service to you. If you don’t know which dealer to use in your area, put a comment in your order and we will help locate one near you. We have access to a large list of dealers in the USA that will gladly handle a transfer for you. Most dealers charge around $25 for a transfer. You must confirm the transfer with your local dealer in advance.
  3. Next, have the dealer get us a copy of his signed license if we don’t already have it on file. To check whether a license is on file, contact us. The dealer can email a copy of their license to dealers@valourwholesale.com
  4. Make sure the dealer knows the firearm is coming from us. If you used a dealer that we already had on file, call him to let him know that a gun for you is on the way.
  5. We will send you an email when the firearm ships, which will include a tracking number.
Please Note

Certain items cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO addresses), Hawaii or Alaska. If we cannot ship part of your order to the address you have provided, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps: 

1. Click the My Account link.

       1) Click on ORDERS

       2) Click on Return Items

       3) Choose Qty to Return

       4) Provide Return Reason

       5) Choose Store Credit or Refund

       6) Submit Return Request

2. Write your Return ID # on the mailing label. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return ID # or they will not be accepted- the Return ID # allows us to provide you timely and effective customer service.

3. Include a copy of your invoice.

5. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (please allow 5-7 business days for your return to process), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.
